Challenge Day 65 Part II - Whimsical found

Spent a bit of time looking for some whimsical theme from the net during my break.

These are what I found...
This may not consider fully whimsical but hey! Aren't they look cute and adorable? :)

I found this site by accident. I like all of the black and white illustration. Some of the illustration reminded me of one of my inspirer - Aubrey Beardsley. Having said that, this site is more than that. They are selling their hand-blended perfume oil..with a dark, romantic Gothic tone. No, am not into Gothic. But I thought it was an interesting site and just wondering it might trigger some of your interests.

Please note that the illustration was uploaded for personal inspiration only. Please get their permission through their website if you decided to use any of them.

Aubrey Beardsley (one of my love)

I fell in love with Aubrey when I get to know him during college. His quirkiness, his way of expressing arts, his style. His influence on me was great!

The Yellow Book is one of YOU-MUST-KNOW illustrations work. Apparently Aubrey Beardsley was unknown in 1892. By the time of his death in 1898, he had broken through the Victorian unconscious and hurled England into the 20th century. Although most of his drawing were for books or magazines seen by few people, his erotic and haunting drawings have been well known for more than a hundred years. (Original resources from here).
