I had a huge mission on celebrating Chinese New Year in Melbourne this year. But I was all stress out and ended have little time baking any CNY cookies (eg: Pineapple Tart). Bummer! And now, I would rather buy the Pineapple Tart from the shop instead. :D~So I have decided to bake something basic. You are looking at one of the batch from the oven. I will have to get more empty jars for the rest of the cookies tomorrow. So that I can gift them away to friends am meeting up this weekend. :)
